All aspects of this collar have been made by hand, from the cutting of the brass, to the hammering, cleaning and finishing. Vintage brass chain hangs in the center. Brass studs are attached to the tips of each collar half. A vintage brass chain holds the halves together and can adjust anywhere from 16 to 25 inches long, so you can wear it as tightly or as loosely as you like!
The edges of the metal are impeccably buffed and are totally smooth (and no, don't worry, the tips of the collar won't poke you at all!). The collar is modeled to lay perfectly around the curve of the neck and chest, so it is very very comfortable, and very lightweight.
