Vintage 1980s short dolman sleeve polka dot blouse. In a striking lime green rayon with black dots. Boxy fit with a round neckline. Black button back closure. There is a single sip button pocket on the left breast. Shoulder pads are attached still (very light padding) but removable if desired. Perfectly lightweight and billowy for warm weather.
